BAC, emerging from Covid Restrictions with confidence and passion is recruiting:

1.    Instructors - Full Time Permanent and Seasonal (6 months) with a view to permanent full time. 
Belfast based but flexible to travel and work across NI.

2.    Instructor – Initial fixed term contract (9 months) with a view to permanent full time. 
Newcastle based but flexible to travel and work in Belfast and across NI. A sound knowledge of South Down and an ability to initiate and develop new income opportunities is sought. 

Salary £19,000 - £25,000 pa depending on qualifications and experience. 

3.    Casual Instructors – Belfast and Newcastle (hourly rate applicable)

National Governing Body Awards in relevant outdoor activity disciplines is desirable, but applicants with demonstrable qualifications and experience in community youth work or teaching are equally welcome as training and support to professionally develop and deliver outdoor adventure activity and learning programmes will be provided. 

A PCV license for driving a minibus with trailer (D1+E) is desirable but essential within 6 months for full time permanent positions.
