Instructor - Full time, permanent, based at Barnett’s Demesne Belfast, but flexible to travel and work across NI when required.
Salary £21,000 - £23,625 pa depending on qualifications and experience.

- National Governing Body Awards in at least two relevant outdoor activity disciplines (paddling, climbing, mountain biking, mountain leadership) and a current (L3) First Aid qualification.
- PCV license for driving a minibus with trailer (D1+E) or a commitment to obtain within 6 months from appointment.
- Relevant third level education or a minimum of 2 years proven experience working within a youth or community development or an adventure activities’ or sports delivery environment alongside a demonstrable passion for delivering qualitative and measureable outdoor adventure learning outcomes.
- Qualification and experience in training and delivering the expedition module for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award
