Silver Award
The Silver Section is run by a wonderful team of volunteers.

The Silver Award has 4 sections that need to be completed:

On Monday evenings BAC will be training you towards the Expedition section of your Silver Award, and will give you advice on the other sections.
What is expected from you at Silver:
- Participants will provide their own 1:25000 Map of the Mournes and Silva Type 4 compass
- Participants will work on their other sections themselves
- Participants will attend every Monday evening for training
- All day walks are compulsory and must be completed if you would like to do your expedition
- All practice expeditions are compulsory and must be completed if you would like to do your expedition
